Return and Refund Policy

At GSS Foods, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the quality of our products. Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds in compliance with Indian law.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy are valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since the receipt of your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Perishable Goods: As our products are perishable, we only accept returns and offer refunds for products with manufacturing defects or if the item is damaged in transit.

To process a return, we require proof of purchase* or a receipt.

2. Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Gift Cards.

3. Refunds Process (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected based on the inspection.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) within 7-10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund after the approved period, please follow these steps:

Re-check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be processing delays.

If you’ve done the above and still haven’t received the refund, contact us at “info@gssfoods.in”.

5. Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@gssfoods.in with details, and ship the product to our office

7. Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the product was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift-giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We are committed to delivering your order with quality packaging within the agreed time frame. We ship through reputed courier agencies to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition.

Shipping Details:

Pan India Shipping: We ship across India through our distribution partners.

Shipping Charges:

Standard Delivery fee of ₹100 for orders below ₹999.

Free shipping on orders above ₹1000.

Delivery Time: Orders are dispatched within 2 working day of placing the order and are typically delivered within 7-10 working days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer care at info@gssfoods.in with your Order ID and a description of the issue. Ensure that the original product label and packaging are intact for the return process.

10. Return Procedure

To return a product, please send the item to our office address Please note that:

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will depend on your location.

11. Packaging and Sanitization

Your order is handpicked from our warehouse stock and carefully packed in a fully sanitized environment to ensure the product reaches you in excellent condition.
